All prices for hosting packages on the Company’s website are promotional and will be renewed at the regular rates for the relevant plan at the end of the promotional period. Unless otherwise stated, BepariaN Web N IT will automatically renew Subscriber’s Hosting Account by charging the correct fee for the non-promotional rate to Subscriber’s current method of payment on file, unless Subscriber specifically requests otherwise. The registration form specifies the initial term of this agreement (the “Initial Term”). The Initial Term will begin when the Subscriber receives the Services, and this Agreement will continue for subsequent periods after the Initial Term (or renewal period). Furthermore, unless any party terminates or cancels your account as given in this section, your account will be renewed after the Initial Term. BepariaN Web N IT may charge a late fee if payment is not made when the service is due for renewal and the above conditions are not met.

• Renewing additional handling fee £50
• Domain and hosting must be renewing in every year before 1 month of expired date. Otherwise, an additional cost will be added according to the domain hosting renewal rules or it may not eligible to get renewal if not renew on time. We are not responsible if the domain and hosting not renew on time.
